After a bit of a break I jumped back into the WSET wine course and secured my level 2 award. I’d decided that I probably wouldn’t pursue the level 3 but after a chance conversation at Otis Dining Hall discovered that potentially the course would be run in Canberra in the future. If that turns out to be the case, I’ll probably give it a go. The material seems quite a bit more in-depth than the previous two levels, which is fine. My main concern was not having enough time to focus on it, what with having a day-job and all. Then again, I did my Masters while working so maybe I’m overthinking it all.
