Peach Sago Pudding


  • 6 cups of water
  • ⅓ cup of tapioca pearls
  • 1 can (400ml) of coconut milk
  • 2 Tbsp of honey
  • 1 tsp of vanilla
  • A pinch of salt
  • Peach slices


Boil the water, add the tapioca and reduce temperature to a low simmer for 15 minutes.

Drain and run pearls under cold water.

Add coconut milk, honey, salt and vanilla to a saucepan. Bring to a boil.

Turn off the heat and add the tapioca.

Transfer to a container and chill for a few hours.

Slice up peaches.

Add spoonfuls of tapioca to a glass.

Top with the peaches.
