Boston Sour

2 part Whiskey

1 part Simple syrup

1 part Lemon juice

1  Egg white

Angostura bitters

Maraschino cherry or glace cherry.

Combine the whiskey, simple syrup, lemon juice and egg white in a shaker with ice and shake well.

Strain into chilled glass with ice, add the cherry and a few dashes of bitters.
