Beetroot Dip
In search of the classic Australian-Turkish beetroot dip.
Ingredients
- 2 beetroots
- 2 cups of natural yoghurt
- 2 tsp of garlic
- 2 tsp pf salt
- Pepper
Method
Place all ingredients in a food processor and wazz until the mixture reaches your desired consistency.
