Beef & Broccoli Stir Fry
- 250gm steak
- 1 small broccoli
- 1 onion
- Minced ginger
- Minced garlic
- Soy sauce
- Shaoxing wine
- Sesame oil
Combine all the marinade ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
Thinly slice the steak into strips. Coat the meat in the marinade and let it rest for 30 mins or so.
Cut the broccoli into florets and blanch in boiling water for no more than 1 minute.
Cut the onion into wedges.
In a wok or large frying pan add some oil and bring it to a high heat. Fry the ginger, onion, garlic. Remove to a bowl.
Return the wok to the heat, add a little oil and brown the meat.
Add everything back to the wok and heat through.
