Australia is representing well at this year’s US Masters challenge at Augusta. It’s been on pretty early in the morning, so I’ve missed most of the live coverage although I caught the last three holes of round two this morning.  The rest of the tournament I’ve been following through masters.com which, golf content aside, is a great example of a well put together multimedia website. The content is well presented, timely and actually quite deep. For example, on each player’s scorecard you can launch highlight videos for individual holes played. The leaderboard is pretty much updated live. The page on the course layout features everything you’d want to know about every hole, 3D view, flyover (by drone?), history etc. Check out the 13th if you want to see one of the most beautiful golf holes there is. Even the bunkers look inviting!

Anyway, even if you don’t care for golf, check out the site as a perfect site for the need.
