OLPC PNG?

CORRECTION: This article incorrectly detailed a deployment in Fiji. It was supposed to read “Papua New Guinea”.

According to The Cook Islands Herald, The Prime Minister of Papua New Guinea has announced this week that his country will begin an OLPC XO trial of some description with the ultimate goal of a multi-year, multi-million dollar rollout. If so, PNG is following hot on the heels of Niue and The Solomon Islands.

    “Papua Niugini” or Papua New Guinea according to the article, not Fiji.
