Bill Bailey – Tinselworm
So we picked up tickets to Bill Bailey‘s Australian tour many many months ago and saw him this weekend. In fact I’d forgotten about the show until just the day before (the specific date, that is. Hard to keep Bailey out of your head entirely..!).It turns out “Row EE” is actually “The front row” which was a nice surprise. Tinselworm is the name of the gig, although it was hard to work out why exactly but never mind. It contained a stack of Australia specific comedy that most comedians work in for the Canberra crowds (and others I assume, but there’s no doubt we get the jokes about the bureaucracy) and other hilarity besides.
Plenty of music, political and social activism and loosing the thread. If you’ve got the opportunity to see him live - do it!!
