Baked Salmon Parcels


  • 1 300gm salmon fillet (with or without the skin)
  • 1 Small bunch of dill
  • 1 Lemon
  • Salt
  • Pepper


Preheat the oven to 180C.

Lay the salmon on a sheet of alfoil and place thin slices of lemon over the top, followed by the sprigs of dill. Crack salt and pepper over all of it, drizzle with olive oil and then wrap everything up tightly in the foil.

Place in the oven for 12-15 mins, depending on how cooked you like your salmon.
