In every website’s life there comes a time when the person or persons or lemurs maintaining said site, for one reason or another are no longer able to carry out their duties. In the case of Buzzmoo.com that time is not now. Nevertheless I have somehow ended up with the oppurtunity to run rampant and trouserless through the hobo infested back-alley that is Buzzmoo.com.

I had planned to write more but lately I have the memory span of a goldfish and for that reason I’ll leave all 10.9 of you alone. Perhaps we’ll meet again. Perhaps buzzmoo will get a court order preventing me from associating myself with Buzzmoo.com ever again. Either way works for me. Adios.

The new term has started and it promises to be a killer. My classes (aside from the HTML Basics class) seem to be stacked in the “Alot of work, right now.” pile. Bad news, really. Also, as soon as school kicks in so does OzForces. So, now with two rather large items on my plate i grab another one, which is, of course, developing an Anti-Terrorisim plan for the ACT. I’m not alone however, Mert, Cass and I shall be stocking up on all the data we can in preperation for the worst. The project (AURISA’s “GIS In Schools” Competition) see’s students utilise a spatial information system in order to solve a problem (ours being bombs and whatnot). Using satellite, demo and geographic data. This probably warrents a page in the “Projects” area…. i’ll have my people look into it.

While i should have been doing other things, i decided to remix some music and ended up with a slightly different version of The Prodigy’s “One Man Army”. It’s up on the servers so grab itand see what you think.

Finally we’ve received a communication from Elroy informing us of the dire situation Turbo, everyone’s favourite hermit crab, is in. Things aren’t looking too good. Be sure to visit and pay your respects. Remember, every hit to EOL makes him a little bit better.

I’v upped a new audio track, this time as a demo for the wonderful people over at www.natural-selection.org . It’s a Half-Life mod (TC – Total Conversion) that encorperates Real Time Strategy with First Person Shooter. First Person Strategy, really. Play as Aliens or Marines, but don’t be fooled into thinking this is an AvP clone. Aparently it’s far from it.

If (and we know we are) we are missing a funny Flash movie from our new archive, be sure to leave us a note and a link inour forum so we can add it.

The new bm.com is now complete (for the most part).

You’ll find there’s a new spiffy Flash menu to be used as well as our fantasmagorical Flash archive containing literally millions and millions of the worlds best (and worst) Flash movies, games and similar. There’ll also be some other stuff happening here like the rants section and some other projects we’re working on, namely Orphan.

So, all, ENJOY and remember: It’s not our fault.

You all remember DotComGuy? The guy who changed his name to DotComGuy because he was a Guy witha DotCom and alot of webcams? Yeah, i thought so. Well, he’s nothing compared to this Guy, Paul Mathis infact, who has webcams hooked to plenty of electricals in his house. The real kick is that you can turn them on and off from his website! Impressive? Yes, yes it is.

Now, i’d planned to do the same thing a while back but due to lack of any skill whatsoever the project was promptly capped. Too bad really, i could do with someone turning my fairy lights on and off..and on and off….and on and off…..while i slept. Or didn’t…now if you’ll excuse me i have a Plasma ball to turn on and off…and on and off…..and on and off…..

Oh yes, the unsolicited posting of Mert’s ICQ number wasn’t me. But i figured we needed some more decoration along the side and his number sure is pretty!

There were alot of additional features to add to this before we put it up (like everything), but then i got bored and impatient and put it up anyway. For the 8.7 of you who will read this today, i’m sure it won’t affect your amazing BuzzMoo Experience in any way shape or form.

First off, i’d like to thank Microsoft for it’s state-of-the-art anti-spam fiters it provides with hotmail. Not that i use hotmail, mind you. But if i did, i’d be forced to deal with John63264 and Britneysex, just to name a few. They’ve taken a great liking to me over the past months.

Megatokyo has, in my humble opinion, taken a bit of a turn for the worse (humour wise). Certainly it is no longer the humourus g33k webcomic it used to be. The one that lured people into buying $75 long sleeve tshirts because they liked it so much. It’s almost like bying a Moby jumper thats one size too small. I don’t intend to belittle Fred and Rodney’s work. By no means. I’m just saying that its certainly not what it used to be. The computer humour has been replaced with embarrasing situations with hot females – something we could all do with less of.

As we progress further into the development of of a new range of entertainment here, the “BuzzMoo Collective”, as it is, keeps on keeping on. King Mat and everybody’s favourite Rae chanhave now settled into BuzzMoodom.

Also, OzForces (G.I.S.P) has finally gone live! Go there now and sign up and get cheap internet. And games. Play games too.

Elroy has decided to once again grace the ‘net with his presence – he mentioned something about a server outage which, of course, comes as no surprise – the EON servers are as stable as a melting plate of jelly.

Canberra isn’t the warmest place on earth. Try riding through 6kms of it in cold rain, cold wind and cold cold. Man i’m cold. I had some disks in my backpack but the front pocket is mesh, so its all kinda.. muddy. (But a good bag, thanks Cass . Attacthed is a picture.

I don’t really have a purpose for adding this update except for the huge power trip I get from having more than 3 people listen to what I’m saying. Even that is a bit of a stretch as we all know Buzz and I are the only ones who visit this site…

Anyway, we should all be thankful that the new site is here and try to enjoy it for the few weeks it’s around before Buzz gets sick of it and tears it down in a fit of soy-milk induced rage.
